I was going through old x-men clips and didn't recognize the Gladiator voice, I did some googling and foind that they changed the original american voice actor to a Canadian to avoid paying him residuals, apparently they did the same with the og voice actor for Storm. This seems to be a mix of the two. Greedy pricks.
